Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within 48hrs of receipt (excluding Made For You and Bulk orders.)

We offer a standard shipping fee of $6.50 to any part of NZ for any of our gift boxes (excluding some rural locations that may incur a small surcharge) via New Zealand Couriers (normally 1-2 day service). Shipping for bulk and custom orders will be advised at the time of ordering.

All biscuits gifts are beautifully presented in a gift box and can include a personalised message of your choosing.

Please email us on hello@biscuit.co.nz if you would like to specify a shipping date to allow you to pre-order your biscuit gift! We do advise allowing an extra day or two for shipping to ensure your gift arrives on time.

Shipping information will be sent directly to you via email to keep you posted on where your gift package is.
